1. The scrutiny of the applications of various categories is done & the draft list is declared. Only the registered applicants can see it in the LOGIN tab on the portal after entering their login details.
2. The period for registration for new eligible applicants will be opened during 08.07.2024 to 22.07.2024.
3. Already registered applicants who have not paid the booking amount can pay it during 08.07.2024 to 22.07.2024 only.
4. The applicants who have not submitted some documents as shown in the draft scrutiny list should submit them online only till 22.07.2024.
5. The eligible applicants of the following categories from the draft scrutiny list should submit the domicile certificate of Maharashtra online till 22.07.2024 as per the mandatory condition of the scheme:
   1. The Sitting Judges of other State High Courts,
   2. Serving All India Service Officers (IAS/IPS/IFS) in other state cadre,
   3. Serving Indian Foreign Service (IFoS) Officers,
   4. Serving Indian Revenue Services Officers (Income Tax Department/Customs Department/Central Excise Department).
6. All eligible applicants should submit the following two notarized affidavits on Rs. 100 bond paper till 22.07.2024 as per the mandatory condition of the scheme (draft of the affidavit is provided on the portal):
   1. Not availing the benefits available under Government Schemes mentioned in Government of Maharashtra GRs (e.g., Housing dept GR dtd 11.9.2019, etc).
   2. Not owning a house in Navi Mumbai project area (areas under the jurisdiction of NMMC, Panvel Municipal Corporation, Uran, Ulwe, and Dronagiri) in his/her or spouse/dependent children’s name.

Eligibility Criteria and the scheme conditions for the Demand Registration Scheme are as follows:

 

This Demand Registration scheme is only for the following eligible categories:

1. The sitting MPs in Loksabha & Rajyasabha as on 01.01.2020, who are representing the State of Maharashtra.
2. The sitting MLAs & MLCs of Maharashtra state as on 01.01.2020.
3. All sitting Judges of the Supreme Court. 
4. Sitting judges of all benches of the Bombay High Court shall be eligible, provided they have served in the state of Maharashtra for a minimum of 3 continuous years, preference shall be given to those having Domicile of Maharashtra State. 
5. Sitting Judges of other State High Courts having Domicile of Maharashtra State. 
6. Serving All India Services officers (IAS, IPS & IFS) of Maharashtra cadre.
7. Serving All India Services Officers (IAS/IPS/IFS) in other state cadre having Domicile of Maharashtra State.
8. Officers of the Indian Foreign Service having Domicile of Maharashtra State.
9. Serving Indian Revenue Service (IRS) Officers of Income tax, Customs and Central Excise Department having Domicile of Maharashtra.

2. Exclusions:

The following are not eligible for this Demand Registration scheme:

1. Those Applicants who have availed the benefits available under Government Housing Schemes mentioned in Government of Maharashtra GRs, except those applicants who want to avail the option of upgradation as per the provisions of the said GR. However the allotment letter shall only be issued after acceptance of such surrender of old tenement/plot by the Competent Authority. 
2. Those applicants who own a house in Navi Mumbai project area (areas under jurisdiction of Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation, Panvel Municipal Corporation, Uran, Ulwe and Dronagiri) in his/her or spouse/ dependent children’s name.

All applicants shall submit Affidavit in this regard at the time of document verification.

3. Terms and Conditions of the scheme:

1. Plot Location: Plot no 20, Opp NMMC HQ Building, Palm Beach Marg, sector 15A, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai 
2. This scheme will be comprised of approximately 350 Apartment of the following types:-

 

3. Each Apartment shall have parking.
4. The layout will have the following amenities-

 

 

6. The price as well as carpet area indicated are tentative and are likely to change as and when the scheme is finalized.
7. The successful allottees shall not be permitted to transfer /sell the said apartments within a period of 3 years from the date of agreement or date of superannuation of the applicant whichever is later.
8. There will be no extra charges for floor rise.
9. Applicants interested in the scheme shall have to make online payment of                      Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) as Booking amount at the time of Registration of the Scheme.
10. Only those applicants who pay the Booking amount shall be eligible for the Lottery.
11. The payment schedule for remaining installments shall be as per RERA and shall be communicated after actual launch of the housing scheme.
12. After finalization of the scheme, more importantly the layout plans, floor plans, price, carpet areas, amenities etc. If the applicant desires to exit the scheme, then Booking amount will be refunded after deduction of administrative charges of Rs. 1000/-.
13. The Demand Registration Scheme shall be open for registration from 13.09.2023 to 31.12.2023.
14. The entire process of Registration of Demand and payment of booking amount shall be completely online. The online Form will be accessible only to the specified categories.
15. The Applicant shall submit the necessary Declarations and Affidavits as and when required.
16.  The applicant shall agree to the disclaimers in the online registration form.
17. After analyzing the actual demand received, the list of eligible applicants will be declared and a lottery will be conducted for allotment of the tenements.
